1- Replacement or Full refund:  A replacement or full refund of the wholesale cost of the blanket (requires return of the product).

  • a. All customer refund or replacement requests are to be made using the customer refund or replacement form online.  Once approved a return shipping label will be sent.  If the product flaw or damage is determined to be slight and resalable, we reserve the right to resale the blanket under the “factory seconds” category.  All production “seconds”, whether sent directly from the factory or returns from customers are inspected, assessed, and categorized for varying discounts determined by severity of the damage. Damaged product is then offered for sale to the public on our retail site, NubaySoft.com.  We do not resale product where damage exceeds the “factory firsts” or “factory seconds” quality categories.
  • b. Replacement limitations – Due to the manufacturing minimum quantity restrictions, a replacement may not always be possible. In many cases “factory first” overruns are available. Any blanket designs sent to the factory production lines require a 50 pc manufacturing minimum. Schools wishing to re-order can opt to have a credit for the damaged/returned blanket(s) applied to the new invoice. In a case where an organization does not reorder, or reorder plans are beyond the time the end customer wants to wait for a replacement, a refund should be considered. Alternatively, if the blanket(s) is/are usable, the ordering organization may request a Partial refund or credit in option two.  In this case the school or ordering organization should work with their end customer who may consider keeping their blanket(s) at a discounted price determined at their discretion.  The discount they offer their end customer is independent of any discount or credit that may be determined and provided by Spectator Blankets.

2- Partial refund or credit:  Up to a 50% product credit or refund of the wholesale cost of the blanket may be offered if the customer wants to keep the damaged product.

  • a. A partial refund or credit request may be submitted on-line for any damaged item(s).  Requests will be assessed and categorized by severity of the damage or printing image issue. Supporting documentation for the claim should include clear pictures and a written description of the damage. The information submitted will be used to determine a credit amount as well as submitted to manufacturing to help ensure the manufacturing processes can be improved for future production runs. This credit may be applied to future invoices or a refund check may be requested.
